AKM Consultants, Inc. seeks a full-time Staff Engineer in the area of structural evaluation and forensic investigation.

AKM will train for this position, however Applicants must have the following required Occupational Competency:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Required Foundational Competencies for Applicants:

• Good verbal and written communication
• Good reading and writing comprehension
• Ability to conduct field observations and investigation

Some duties of AKM's Staff Engineer role will include:

• ACAD drafting
• Code and material research
• Field observations and investigation
• Document review and summaries
• Writing opinion reports

AKM also offers:

• Negotiable Salary: $65K - $80K/yr., DoE
