Mr. Goodhard joined the AKM Team after obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Goodhard is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado and Arizona.

As one of AKM’s Principal Engineers, Mr. Goodhard has significant experience performing forensic investigation in the fields of Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Cladding, and Moisture Migration for structures throughout Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico.

Some of the services provided by Mr. Goodhard in these areas include:

• Investigate, observe and provide repair recommendations for structures due to damage caused by collapse, explosion, water, wind, fire, and/or snow
• Perform detailed evaluations, investigations, monitoring and/or provide repair recommendations for hundreds of stressed structures exhibiting foundation and/or superstructural movement
• Perform forensic building envelope investigations and observations at several projects to help determine the cause(s) of moisture infiltration or construction deficiencies
• Extensive experience providing new construction structural engineering and consulting services for hundreds of residential structures throughout the Denver Metropolitan Area
